Infrastructure Modernization: Performed a complete data center cable remediation and hardware refresh, including Cisco Router & Core switch, SAN storage, and a Cisco wireless ecosystem, ie access points and wireless lan controller.

Identity & Access Management (IAM): Implemented Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) for robust Network Admission Control. We engineered a secure environment where student, faculty, and administrative devices are dynamically profiled and segmented.

Administrative Security: Deployed TACACS+ for all network equipment access, ensuring a centralized "Source of Truth" for authentication, authorization, and a complete audit trail of every configuration change.

The "Crisis" Intervention: After the institution transitioned to a mid-sized MSP, the environment suffered a catastrophic Ransomware Attack. The new provider was unable to fully recover the environment.

Emergency Restoration: CBL Consulting was called back in to lead the recovery. Leveraging our deep understanding of the original network infrastructure and segmented architecture, we successfully restored the entire environment.
The Result: A resilient, "Audit-Ready" infrastructure. By using Cisco ISE and TACACS+, we ensured that even after a total recovery, the school maintains granular control over who (and what) is on their network.
